WAVELET-GALERKIN SOLUTION OF BBM EQUATION

Abstract


In this paper a new method for solving a periodic nonhomogeneous nonlinearBenjamin, Bona and Mahony (BBM) equation using wavelet basis is developed.This method is used to solve some illustrative examples and the obtainednumerical solutions are compared with the corresponding analytic solutions.
