GENERALIZED MITTAG-LEFFLER STABILITY FOR IMPULSIVE CAPUTO FRACTIONAL NEURAL NETWORKS WITH BOUNDED DELAYS
Abstract
Generalized Mittag-Leffler stability of neural networks modeled by anonlinear Caputo fractional differential equations with baounded delay and impulses isstudied. We study the case whenn the lower limit of the Caputo derivative is equal tothe impulsive time point, i.e. it is changeable.
