Abstract. In this paper, we study an optimization problem
with equality and inequality constraints, where the corresponding
functions have quasidifferentiable gradients. Two second-order
necessary optimality conditions for this problem are proposed. The
differences for convex compact sets proposed by Demyanov, and by
Rubinov and Akhundov are used, respectively.
