APPROXIMATING FIXED POINTS OF MEAN

Abstract.Let $X$ be a uniformly convex Banach space, and $T$ be a mean nonexpansive mapping. It is show that the sequence of Ishikawa iteration associated with $T$ converges to the fixed point of $T$.
