Abstract.A two-dimensional unsteady-state dispersion model for two-phase gas-liquid bubble column is presented. The model is developed for prediction of axial concentration profiles of dissolved oxygen in bubble column with and without microorganisms. The solution of the model is obtained by means of finite difference method. Experimental data are used for examination of validility of the model solution.
