Abstract.In this paper we derive a closed-form solution for the Ramsey model with CRRA utility, technological diffusion and logistic population law, as defined by Ferrara and Guerrini 
, for the case where capital's share is equal to the reciprocal of the intertemporal elasticity of substitution.
