Abstract. In this paper I am going to expose some results attained by me and
some collaborators of mine on the evolution laws of a continuous
system in one comoving physical frame of reference with the
purpose of pointing out which advantages we have when we translate
the absolute laws expressed in one comoving physical frame of
reference, since the physicists work and establish the physical
laws in their laboratory, which is a comoving physical frame of
reference, by its evolution, as we are going to see soon.
