ON THE GENERATOR POLYNOMIALS OF
CONSTACYCLIC CODES OVER FINITE CHAIN RINGS

Abstract.The structure of constacyclic codes over finite chain rings is determined in terms of generator polynomials. Moreover, some special forms of generator polynomials of cyclic, $(1-\gamma^{m-1})$-constacyclic and $(1+\gamma^{m-1})$-constacycic codes are given. Finally, generator polynomials of the Gray images of $(1-u)$-constacyclic codes over $\mathbb{F}_p+u\mathbb{F}_p$ are rewarded.
