NEURAL NETWORKS WITH DISCRETE AND
DISTRIBUTED DELAYS ON TIME SCALES

Abstract.In this paper, we investigate a class of impulsive Cohen-Grossberg
neural networks with time varying delays and distributed delays on
time scales. By applying -matrix theory and the nonlinear measure
approach and constructing some suitable Lyapunov functions,
sufficient conditions are obtained for the existence and global
exponential stability of equilibrium point for a class of impulsive
Cohen-Grossberg neural networks with discrete and distributed delays
on time scales.
