Abstract. The semi-parallel vector field in Riemannian geometry has been introduced by Fulton [#!F65!#], whereas in Finsler geometry by Singh and Prasad [#!SP83!#], for instance, concurrent vector fields and concircular vector fields are semi parallel. The purpose of the present paper is to introduce Normalized Semi Parallel $T'$-vector field in Finsler space and to study the properties of some special Finsler spaces with this vector field. For instance, there in no such vector field in non-Riemannian C-reducible Finsler space. The notations and terminologies are referred to the monograph [#!MM86!#].
